Caroline made us feel right at home with her warm welcome. The kids loved the breakfast, and we enjoyed exploring Southport's golf courses just a short drive away. The rooms were clean, and the lounge area was cozy for family time.
For dads, it would be great if there was a lift for easier access.

I loved my stay here. Caroline went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, even arranging lactose-free milk for my family at breakfast. We really enjoyed the cozy lounge and the lovely garden which were perfect for relaxing in the evening. The only downside was the small bathroom, but it didn't take away from our overall experience. 🌟

Comfortable room, friendly host, with helpful details about the local area and excellent breakfast options that made our stay enjoyable and stress-free, along with easy access to the train station for exploring nearby attractions.
Could not be improved in any way.

The room felt spacious and had a super comfy bed. It had a nice selection of tea, coffee, and hot chocolate that got refreshed every day, which I really appreciated. Breakfast was a highlight. it was hot, delicious, and cooked just the way I wanted every morning. Caroline, the host, welcomed me warmly and gave great recommendations for local dining and attractions. It's just a short walk to Lord Street, yet the area remains quiet, perfect for a relaxing retreat. I did notice the shower quality could use some improvement. I mentioned it to Caroline, and I trust it’ll be taken care of soon. I also think having mini fridges in the room would be a great addition for drinks and snacks. Despite this tiny issue, the atmosphere and level of hospitality I received made my stay really enjoyable. Will definitely think about returning!

Lovely stay with great hospitality
Caroline was super friendly, always there to help. The room was cozy and had this nice touch with a tea tray that got refilled daily. Breakfast choices were fab, and the full English was delish. Only bummer was limited parking spots. Totally worth it!
