the stay was really great, caroline was super helpful n friendly. the room was clean and had nice little extras like tea and biscuits. comfy beds, slept really well, n breakfast was yum. loved the location, close to everything. definitely worth staying here again!

only thing was the parking situation got a bit tricky and the WiFi was kinda slow at times.

Breakfast was a highlight. it was hot, delicious, and cooked just the way I wanted every morning. Caroline, the host, welcomed me warmly and gave great recommendations for local dining and attractions. It's just a short walk to Lord Street, yet the area remains quiet, perfect for a relaxing retreat. I did notice the shower quality could use some improvement. I mentioned it to Caroline, and I trust it’ll be taken care of soon. I also think having mini fridges in the room would be a great addition for drinks and snacks. Despite this tiny issue, the atmosphere and level of hospitality I received made my stay really enjoyable. Will definitely think about returning!

i had a fantastic stay at the adelphi. caroline was incredibly lovely and attentive, making sure everything was perfect. the full english breakfast was delicious and tailored to my liking. the hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk to the town center, and i loved that all linens are washed at high temperatures for cleanliness.
